    Latest

Talk to your clients, and work their tickets on your board

The two things that used to happen in email now happen where the work is: a conversation with each client, and their support tokens sitting on the project they belong to.

    • NewChat with a client. One conversation per client — your whole team on one side, them on the other — on the client's page and in their portal. They see the name of whoever is writing, so a reply from a colleague reads as a colleague rather than as "support".
    • NewA client's support tokens now appear inside the project they're for. Link a client to a project and a Tokens button sits on the board, red while anything is open.
    • NewGive a token to someone on the project and it becomes a card on the board, labelled so it is never mistaken for work you planned yourself. Drag it to Completed and the token is resolved for the client — or change the status by hand, from the board or from Clients.
    • NewPro and Business workspaces can see what the agent has cost this month on the dashboard: tokens used against the month's allowance, runs, and when it resets. Top up with a code, or ask for more without leaving the page.
    • ImprovedChanging a token's status, or marking an invoice paid, now happens the moment you click instead of a second or two later.
    • FixedThe sidebar could sometimes paint on top of the page, hiding the heading and the left edge of everything, until you changed the navigation setting. It can't any more.
    • FixedMarking an invoice paid while it was still a draft did nothing and said nothing. It now explains that it has to be sent first.

    We're now Bizdaz

Same product, same team, new name. Teamdeck is Bizdaz, and it lives at bizdaz.com.

    • NewNew name and new home: the app is now at app.bizdaz.com, and everything in it — emails, the client portal, both apps — carries the new name.
    • ImprovedOld teamdeck.in links keep working and forward you to the right place, so nothing you've bookmarked or been emailed is broken.
    • ImprovedFresh Android and Windows apps. The Android app is a new install rather than an update, so remove the old one once you've installed it.
    • FixedYou'll be asked to sign in once after the move. That's the session moving to the new domain, not anything going wrong.

Voice notes, a chat assistant, and search that spans every organisation

A batch of things that make the day-to-day faster: say it instead of typing it, ask the workspace a question, and find anything from anywhere.

    • NewVoice notes in any conversation. Hold the mic, say it, send it — with a live level meter while you record and a waveform you can scrub on the way back.
    • NewAsk @td anything in a chat box and it answers in the thread, using your real projects, tasks and people. It only ever sees what everyone in that conversation can already see.
    • NewSet your status — online, away, busy or offline — or write your own with an emoji, like "away for lunch". Everyone sees it on your avatar and on the team page.
    • NewSearch now spans every organisation you belong to. Find a task in one org from another, and opening it takes you there properly.
    • NewFormatting in messages and task comments: links, bulleted and numbered lists, code blocks, bold and italics. Add someone to a project without leaving the conversation.
    • NewStart a timer straight from a task card, the same way you add a reaction, without opening the task.
    • NewThe navigation bar can now sit at the top of the screen as well as the bottom, left or right.
    • ImprovedThe running timer is now a proper flip clock — the cards turn as the seconds do — and it shows the task, the time and the controls without hovering.
    • ImprovedThe team page is tidier: smaller cards, four across, with everyone's status and workload at a glance.
    • ImprovedMessage previews in emails, the notification bell and desktop alerts now read as plain words instead of showing the raw formatting.
    • FixedA direct-message email no longer quotes the whole message. It tells you there's one and leaves the reading to the app.
  4. 18 September 2026

    v1.4.0

    Email notifications

Bizdaz now writes to you when something needs you, so work doesn't wait for the next time you open the app.

    • NewEmails from notifications@bizdaz.com when a task is assigned to you, when a task is created in a project you lead, and when someone completes one.
    • NewEmails for direct messages and @mentions in chat and project discussions, with the message quoted and a button straight to the conversation.
    • NewEvery email is designed in Bizdaz's own colours, with the logo and a single clear action.
    • NewTwo switches in the notifications panel — tasks, and messages — plus a one-click unsubscribe link in every email.
    • ImprovedA busy conversation sends one email, not ten: repeat emails about the same thread are held back for ten minutes.
    • ImprovedYou're never emailed about your own actions.
  5. 17 September 2026

Reactions, and a password vault fix

React to a task the way you would in a chat app, and a fix for saved passwords that refused to appear.

    • NewEmoji reactions on tasks. React from the board without opening the task, add yourself to someone else's reaction with one click, and hover a reaction to see who it was.
    • FixedPasswords saved to the vault said "saved" but never appeared in the list. They were always safely stored — the list couldn't read them back.
    • FixedTagged files and folders now open the file when you click the tag, instead of dropping you in the Creatives tab.
    • FixedThe emoji picker no longer closes or drags the board behind it while you scroll through emoji.
  6. 16 September 2026

    Tag anything in a message

Point at a file, a folder or a link from wherever you're already talking, instead of describing where it lives.

    • NewType @ in chat, a project discussion, or a task to tag a creative, a folder or a project link. Clicking the tag opens it.
    • NewTagged files show as chips on the task card, so a task carries its own references.
    • ImprovedTask titles and descriptions save as you type — no Save button to forget.
    • ImprovedThe tag picker opens instantly instead of pausing on each keystroke.
    • ImprovedLong PDFs scroll smoothly in the viewer.
    • ImprovedTagged files and folders stay internal — clients never see them in the portal.
  7. 15 September 2026

    v1.3.1

Creatives, folders and a home of its own

The app moved to app.bizdaz.com, and the creatives library grew up: folders, drag-and-drop, and downloading a whole set at once.

    • NewThe product now lives at app.bizdaz.com, with bizdaz.com kept for the public site and agents.bizdaz.com for agent mode.
    • NewFolders in Creatives, with drag-and-drop uploading straight into them.
    • NewDownload a whole project or folder as a single zip, in the browser and in the apps.
    • NewA Links tab on projects for the briefs, sheets and drives that live elsewhere.
    • NewAdd a task straight from the column you're hovering over on the board.
    • ImprovedA full pass over every page on phones and small windows.
    • ImprovedThe file viewer handles images, PDFs and video, with the controls within thumb's reach on a phone.
  8. 10 September 2026

    Colour on the board

Projects can carry a colour, so a board of many projects reads at a glance.

    • NewEight project colours, applied across cards, boards and the calendar.
  9. 8 September 2026

    A much faster app

Pages that used to think about it now open immediately.

    • ImprovedYour workspace is cached and warmed as you move, so returning to a page is instant.
    • ImprovedNavigation no longer waits on a blank screen before showing anything.
  10. 7 September 2026

    The data analyst

Upload a spreadsheet or an export and ask questions about it in plain words.

    • NewAn agent that writes and runs real Python on your file, then answers with numbers it actually computed — and shows the code.
    • ImprovedCreatives are filed against a project from the moment they're made.
  11. 5 September 2026

    Agent mode

Agents got their own home at agents.bizdaz.com — a place to work with them rather than a panel in the corner.

    • Newagents.bizdaz.com, with short links and a project chosen up front so everything an agent makes is filed correctly.
    • NewAn agents dashboard showing what each one does and what it has produced.
  12. 4 September 2026

    Build your own agent

Write what an agent should do, choose the tools it may use, and run it on a project.

    • NewCustom agents: your own instructions, a tool list you control, and a record of every run.
    • NewTools for web research, reading a page, the brand kit, generating images, and filing documents.

  18. 5 August 2026

    • ImprovedA full visual rework: new type, colour and spacing throughout.
  19. 4 August 2026

    Flows — the blog writer

    • NewThe blog agent: research, draft, edit and publish, with the brand kit steering the voice.
  20. 3 August 2026

    Password vault

Shared credentials that live in the workspace instead of a chat thread.
